The year is coming to an end, and soon we will take time to celebrate the holiday season. This year, again, has not been the easiest one since Covid-19 has continued to affect our lives. However, safety and exemption measures became familiar to us already in 2020, and we have learned to live and work according to them.
Regarding Intermedius, I can say that we have had a positive flow throughout the year and the production has been running smoothly. From the business development point of view, we have achieved our targets. Therefore, I want to express my sincere thanks to our customers both at home and abroad – our cooperation is always good and professional. Moreover, most importantly, we have stayed safe and healthy.
In the daily operation, we have faced the same challenges as many other industries. The distribution of raw materials has fluctuated, and delivery times have been uncertain. Prices have also clearly risen, which has put pressure on us. Fortunately, we have maintained enough stocks to produce and deliver products without delays. As a result, we have been able to serve our customers according to agreements and fulfil our customer promises.
In December, we like to look into the future and make plans for the coming year. This is the case also at Intermedius. We will be entering a year of strong growth and, with certain operative changes and developments, we are aiming at a broader portfolio. Preparations are being made, and we will return to these plans in more detail soon.
For the week 52, Intermedius’s factory will be closed, and we are off for a little break. We will be back at work again on January 3rd.
