Lamination and Adhesive Coating

Lamination – joining a fabric together on top of one or more other fabrics – belongs to our areas of expertise.

We have two lamination units in our factory. The creation of functional composites requires knowledge and mastery of the process and a large number of materials.

Laminating is personalised service at its best. While we are planning the job, our lamination professionals take into account a variety of parameters such as temperature, running speed and the properties of the adhesive which is used to laminate the layers. The maximum width of the materials to be laminated is 250 cm and the maximum thickness is 15 cm, depending on the material.

The secret to successful lamination is close cooperation with the customer. Together we perform tests and development workshops in order to find the optimal solution for each application, whether it be an issue of the ability to withstand washing or residual heat. Moreover, our strengths include an extensive network of suppliers, high-quality materials and a good stock selection.

Adhesive coating

Adhesive coating means laminating an adhesive layer onto the surface of a product. The adhesive is selected according to the specific application, use and fusing temperature. The most commonly used adhesives are powder adhesive, EVA, polyester and polyamide glues. The customer melts the components together by heat bonding.
